You Are Unstoppable…
When You Let Love Lead the Way

Heart-Centred Entrepreneur, Self-Love Coach
I help self-critical + self-sabotaging women learn to unconditionally love + accept themselves fully, freely, + fearlessly without years of expensive therapy, or overwhelming coping strategies; using simple but powerful Heal Your Life® techniques + self care workshops used by millions worldwide to end inner turmoil.

You are an intelligent, capable woman but shame yourself for not “getting it” yet…
You want to love yourself and your relationship with your body, with food and your weight
… but you’re still in the revolving self-sabotaging battle.
You want to set boundaries and express yourself
… but feel overwhelmed by inner turmoil and self-doubt.
You want to be the confident and happy woman you used to be
… but can’t stop endlessly criticising yourself.
You’ve probably tried many times to stop the cycle…
First, you set a new goal for yourself – something you want just for YOU.
You feel committed and excited by the goal.
Then you wait about 20 seconds.
You’ll come face-to-face with all the old junk:
You can’t do this…
It’s too hard to…
You know you’ll never stick to it…
Remember what happened last time you tried…
I may as well give up now…
You’re selfish for wanting this…
Ah-ha! Found ‘em!
The old beliefs keeping you stuck in a self-sabotaging cycle.
But how do we undo the damage?
Once your subconscious limiting beliefs come out of hiding, you can start to challenge and reprogram them.
You’ve likely had these thoughts, beliefs and behaviours your whole life.
And even though you know they aren’t serving your highest good, the inner turmoil and self-criticism feel familiar, comfortable and safe.
You may believe staying in the familiar is easier than confronting what we must do to eradicate old, embedded thought patterns and behaviours.
It doesn’t matter that you haven’t changed them sooner.
Just be willing to change them now. And I can show you exactly how to do it with self care workshops.
You can “know” something at a certain level, but finding and changing hidden beliefs that drive your life choices can take a different type of self-work.
Expensive and protracted therapy and one-on-one coaching can be life-changing, but they aren’t the right fit for everyone and often is not an affordable long-term option for many.
Short-term classes can be amazing, but have you noticed that they seem to end just as you start to grasp exciting new concepts and bond with a group?
I’m obsessed with helping women free themselves from the inner turmoil of self-criticism, self-sabotage + and limiting messages about our worth.
Here are a few more popular ways you may be sabotaging yourself:
- constant people-pleasing and being afraid to say no
- joining fitness clubs and never going
- starting diets and never following through
- over-eating, over-drinking, over-shopping, over-thinking, over-Netflixing (…it’s a word!)
- repeatedly attracting the same deadbeat partners or boss
- buying courses online and never starting or finishing them
- telling yourself you’ll quit smoking / drinking / sugar etc. next month
- hiding your true thoughts and feelings from people you love
- staying in situations that don’t fit you anymore
- not pursuing what you want most in life
- wishing you could stop beating yourself up
I don’t care what it is – poor health, lack of money, unfulfilling relationships, or stifled creativity.
There is only one thing we ever need to work on:
Then everything in life works. It’s as if little miracles are everywhere.
Our health improves, we attract more money, and our relationships become much more fulfilling.
We begin to express ourselves in creatively fulfilling ways.
All this seems to happen without our even trying. The old patterns and cycles stop effortlessly.

Trust me; I learned the hard way.
I made life more complicated than it needed to be. For decades I trash-talked and shamed myself and carried so much fear.
I let perfectionism, anxiety, people-pleasing, and other self-sabotaging habits take over until I hardly recognised myself.
If you saw me, you’d say I was successful, positive and cheerful.
But inside, I was relentlessly beating myself up and frustrated and full of self-loathing for being not enough…
- not good enough
- not smart enough
- not thin enough
- not successful enough
I was endlessly punishing myself and my body, trying to be “enough”…
And it was flipping exhausting.
If this sounds like you, too, then you probably never give yourself a break.
And you have no idea what’s holding you back, and you ask yourself:
“Why isn’t my life working?”
“Why do I keep repeating this cycle of criticism and sabotage?”
“Why can’t I get where I want to be, even after all this time?”
Getting what you want in your career, home, and relationships may seem hard.
It’s not. You can do it.
So, how do you change?
Here’s the simple answer…
To love and acceptance of yourself unconditionally.
Loving the self, to me, begins with never criticising ourselves for anything.
Criticism locks us into the very self-sabotaging pattern we are trying to change.
Understanding and being gentle with ourselves helps us to move out of it.
People who love themselves and their bodies neither abuse themselves nor others.
Self care workshops teach you that self-approval and self-acceptance are the primary keys to stopping criticising and sabotaging every area of our lives.
Self-love changes the most important relationship you have on this planet:
The relationship you have with yourself.
This workbook will take you on a journey through your past, present, & future.
There may be times you feel triggered. That’s good.
That’s your soul telling you it’s ready to evolve & unconditionally love itself.
There is a reason you are here.
You are on the right path.
You don’t need to take this journey alone journey.

I always follow my heart and these heart-centred values are the driving force behind every step we take together:
Connection
Connection is at the heart of my business. It’s the energy created when my clients feel seen, heard, and valued, where they can give and receive without judgment and derive sustenance and strength from the heart-centred relationship.
Compassion
Compassion is contagious. The more we are compassionate towards ourselves, the more compassion we must give to others. I care deeply about every single person I encounter on the journey.
Inclusivity
Everyone belongs and deserves love. I respect, appreciate, and celebrate all races, genders, sexual orientations, abilities, and other identities. So come as you are; I love you already.
Integrity
I do my best to always be integral to my heart-centred values, whether posting something on social media or putting together a transformational self-love retreat. If I make a mistake, I will own it and fix it with integrity.
With all my heart,
